Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or completed within five years; RN with 15+ years may be considered
• Advanced Nursing degree preferred (MSN/PhD/DNP/ARNP)
• Current WA RN license or MLS and current BLS certification; 3 years of recent clinical experience

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis
• Use nursing knowledge to deliver care per policies and protocols
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost reduction
• Foster a learning environment for patients/families, staff and health-care team
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care supporting autonomy and dignity of patients from diverse backgrounds
