Job summary

MultiCare Auburn Medical Center is seeking a staff RN to join a hospital-based team. This role uses specialized nursing care with a multidisciplinary approach and supports clinicians in decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or eligible within five years.
• RN license in Washington State or multi-state licensure endorsement.
• Current BLS Certification required.
• ACLS/NALS/PALS/TNCC/NRP certification as required by facility.
• One year of experience in acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating.
• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process per hospital policies and protocols.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care and patient experience.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families and staff.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care honoring diverse backgrounds.
