Qualifications

• RN with NM license or compact license as allowed by NM
• Experience delivering direct patient care across age groups
• Ability to document and communicate clinical findings accurately

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to assigned patients

• Develop and document individualized care plans
• Administer medications and IVs per policy
• Triage calls and manage urgent patient needs
• Collaborate with healthcare team for discharge planning
