Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a Restorative Nursing Assistant to provide routine restorative nursing care per the resident care plan. You will assist with mobility, ROM activities, ADLs, and documentation in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring weight, maintaining hygiene, and promoting skin integrity while collaborating with rehabilitation and nursing teams. Prior experience in long-term care and PCC data entry is preferred.

Qualifications

• Restorative Nursing Assistant certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in computer data entry for Point Click Care.
• One year of long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with restorative exercises to improve or maintain mobility and independence.
• Encourage participation in activity and out-of-bed mobility.
• Assist with dining, transfers, ambulation, ROM activities as directed.
• Record resident weights accurately and report changes promptly.
• Ensure clean clothing and linens in good repair.
• Assist with ADLs including toileting, bathing, dressing.
• Reposition residents regularly to prevent skin issues.
• Maintain personal hygiene and a clean, odor-free environment.
• Document care provided accurately in charting.
• Participate in RNA meetings with Rehabilitation and Nursing Departments.
• Report significant changes immediately to nursing leadership.
• Prepare residents for tests, treatments, appointments, and meals.
