Job summary

PACS is seeking a dedicated CNA to assist residents with mobility, daily care, and personal hygiene in a long-term care environment. The role includes assisting with transfers, meals, and therapeutic activities, along with charting and reporting changes to supervisors.

The ideal candidate holds a CNA certificate, Restorative Aide training, and CPR certification; one year of LTC experience is preferred. We prioritize compassionate, patient-centered care within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CNA certificate and Restorative Aide Training.
• Current CPR certification.
• One year experience in a long term care facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and range of motion.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Provide clean clothing and linens in good repair to residents; maintain a comfortable environment.
• Support resident daily activities and meals; assist with elimination as needed.
• Complete charting of care and report significant findings to nursing staff.
• Assist with preparing for tests, appointments, and activities; maintain safety and dignity.
