Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy in New Jersey is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services under supervision. You will help children with Autism Spectrum Disorder develop communication, independence, and functional skills in a supportive, ethical setting.

This per diem role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for professional growth, ongoing training, and collaboration with BCBA supervisors and a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ABA services under supervision is expected.
• Ability to collect and document client data accurately.
• Strong communication with families and treatment team.
• Collaborate with BCBA, speech therapists, and OT for integrated plans.
• Commitment to ethical, child-centered care and progress tracking.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services to clients one-on-one under supervision.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with the team.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and progress.
• Communicate effectively with families and treatment team members.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with ABA practices.
