Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in schools, and community settings under BCBA supervision. You will deliver therapy, collect data, document progress, and help children develop functional communication and independence.

Per diem scheduling offers flexibility, hands-on training, and a collaborative team where your contributions matter. Must have a high school diploma or GED; RBT certification is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children or ABA therapy preferred.
• RBT certification a plus, but not required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, or community settings.
• Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and document client progress.
• Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment.
• Communicate with families and supervisors effectively.
