Job summary

St. Mary's Hospital - Kankakee is seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform Diagnostic Radiographic Procedures according to department protocols, ensuring patient care and image quality.

You will be the first line interface with customers and participate in PI/QC activities, with responsibility for transmitting images to PACS. The role requires ARRT-R licensure, state fluoroscopy permit as applicable, BCLS, familiarity with state and federal regulations, and at least one year of radiology

Qualifications

• ARRT-R certification required.
• Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by state.
• Familiarity with state and federal regulations.
• Current BCLS (AHA).
• At least one year of radiology technologist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Diagnostic Radiographic Procedures per department protocols.
• Serve as first line interface with customers to meet imaging needs.
• Participate in PI/QC activities.
