One Medical is seeking a Casual/Per Diem clinician to support primary care in a flexible role with an expected 8–20 patient care hours per week.

You will treat patients in-office and occasionally via tele-health, collaborating with in-person and virtual teams, and may perform in-office procedures as part of your clinical training. A valid CT license or eligibility is required along with board certification or eligibility, and a strong commitment to data-driven patient care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of primary care experience required.
• Board certification or Board Eligible with plan to obtain certification within 1 year.
• Licensed or eligible for Connecticut licensure.
• Ability to build strong relationships and communicate in groups.

Responsabilités

• See patients with acute, chronic, and well visits (not panel-building).
• Conduct in-office and occasional tele-health visits.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual teams.
• Utilize clinical training and perform in-office procedures when needed.
