Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Casual/Per Diem clinician to join its Fairfield County, CT team. You will see a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, in-office and telehealth, collaborating with both in-person and virtual teams.

The role focuses on patient-centered primary care, emphasizes data-driven care, and supports rapid integration into a fast-growing organization with a mission to improve healthcare delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of primary care experience.
• Connecticut licensure or ability to obtain licensure in CT.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively 1-on-1 and in groups.
• Thrives in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization using data to improve patient outcomes.
• Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program.
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of start date.

Responsibilities

• Seeing patients with a broad array of needs; acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits.
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilization of your clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
