Job summary

One Medical is seeking an NP-led clinician for an hourly per diem position in Boston, MA. You will see patients with acute, chronic, and well-care needs, in-office and via tele-health, collaborating with both in-person and virtual teams to deliver high-quality care.

The role requires completion of an accredited NP program with national certification and MA licensure, plus 2 years of outpatient primary care experience (or 1 year with fellowship/urgent care).

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year with fellowship or 1+ year in urgent care.
• State licensed in MA by start date at One Medical.

Responsibilities

• See patients with a broad array of needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role).
• Treat patients in-office and via tele-health visits as needed.
• Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams daily.
• Utilize clinical training and perform in-office procedures when appropriate.
