Responsibilities

• Seeing patients with a broad array of needs including acute, chronic, and wellness visits.
• Conducting in-office visits and occasional tele-health visits.
• Collaborating with in-person and virtual teams during daily huddles.
• Utilizing clinical training to perform in-office procedures as appropriate.
