Job summary

One Medical in Fairfield County, CT is seeking a casual/per diem clinician to provide flexible patient care hours, blending in-office visits and occasional telehealth. The role emphasizes primary care services for acute and routine visits, with collaboration inside the team and across virtual clinical groups.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of primary care experience, be licensed in Connecticut (or able to obtain), and be board certified or eligible in Family or Internal Medicine or hold

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of primary care experience.
• Licensed in Connecticut or ability to obtain licensure.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively in groups and 1-on-1.
• Thrives in a fast-growing, data-driven organization focused on patient outcomes.
• Board certified in Family or Internal Medicine, or board eligible with plans to obtain certification within 1 year.
• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification.

Responsibilities

• Seeing patients with a broad array of needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits.
• In-office care and occasional tele-health visits.
• Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize clinical training and perform in-office procedures when appropriate.
