RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) for the Pediatric ICU at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ. The role involves delivering compassionate, age-appropriate care in the PICU, adhering to hospital and regulatory standards, and contributing to discharge planning and performance improvement.

Requirements include NJ RN license, BLS, PALS, and IV certification with at least 2 years PICU experience; orientation completion is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school or university.
• At least 2 years PICU experience in an acute care setting.
• Completion of all Orientation requirements of Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center.
• Successful completion of all orientation programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in the Pediatric ICU and participate in teaching, discharge planning, and unit performance improvement activities.
• Practice in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act, ANA Standards of Practice, and applicable regulations.
