Job summary

BrightStar Care Maple Grove is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist to serve the Monticello/Elk River area. You’ll travel to clients’ homes within our territory, work with VA and national accounts, and enjoy a flexible part-time schedule with weekly pay.

The role requires 1 year of PT experience, Minnesota licensure, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license. Per diem visits pay $70 each and $100 per evaluation, with benefits including 401(k) matching, PTO, and ongoing training.

A day in the life of our Physical Therapist:

As an Physical Therapist (PT), you will assess and evaluate, develop the plan of care and treatment. Participate in the development of the client’s total plan of treatment and perform visits based on treatment plan
