Endeavor Health, Edward Hospital in Naperville, IL, is seeking a Physical Therapist for Per Diem/PRN coverage. The role offers a flat rate of $51.00 per hour with a $2.00 weekend differential, and two weekend shifts monthly from 8am to 4:30pm, with evening hours available.

Requirements include IL licensure, 1–3 years of acute care experience, and a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy; Master’s/Doctorate preferred. Mentorship and ongoing education are highlighted in the program.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1–3 years experience with demonstration of clinical independence and experience in an acute care environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy is required; Master of Science or Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• Current State of Illinois Physical Therapist licensure is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct physical therapy services to patients.
• Demonstrates an appropriate level of clinical skill and develops individualized treatment plans to achieve functional goals.
• Evaluates patient status and implements programs addressing movement dysfunction.
• Keeps patients educated and engaged in their own care through excellent communication.
• Keeps up-to-date with developments in physical therapy and maintains a strong knowledge base.
