Job summary

Mercy Hospital Washington is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist to perform objective assessments and create individualized treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients. The role involves direct supervision of patients, indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians, and collaboration with therapy leadership under Mercy standards.

The position requires a Bachelor/Master of Science in Physical Therapy or DPT, and a current MO license with BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor/Master of Science in Physical Therapy or DPT.
• Current/temporary Physical Therapy license in MO.
• BLS certification current.
• 6 months to 1 year rehab PT experience preferred for adult/geriatric care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct objective assessments and develop comprehensive treatment programs for adults and geriatrics.
• Supervise patients and rehabilitation technicians; oversee PT assistants as per state laws.
• Collaborate with therapy leadership to ensure adherence to Mercy Service Standards.
