Job summary

Mercy Hospital Washington is seeking a Physical Therapist (Per Diem) to conduct objective assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients. You will supervise patients and rehabilitation staff, including PT assistants, in accordance with state practice acts, under Mercy Therapy Leadership.

The role requires a PT degree (DPT/MS/BS) and active licensure in Missouri, plus current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor, MS in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
• Current/Temporary license of Physical Therapy in state of practice.
• BLS certification. Required certifications must be current before care for patients independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
• Supervise patients and indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians; supervise PT assistants per State Practice Acts.
