Engage Senior Therapy seeks a Per Diem Physical Therapist to join our team in Bedford, NH, delivering compassionate therapy at assisted living facilities.

You will evaluate patients, develop personalized plans, and provide care with a strong team support while maintaining independence in a senior-focused setting. The role emphasizes education, documentation, and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Active or pending state license to practice PT.
• Passion for delivering quality, evidence-based patient care.
• Interest in working with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to assess strength, balance, mobility, and functional impairments.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve mobility and function.
• Deliver care at one or more assisted living locations with independence and guidance from the Engage team.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs to maintain independence.
• Document care using EMR in compliance with state and facility standards.
• Participate in educational programs, in-service meetings, and workshops for professional growth.
