Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to assess strength, balance, mobility, and functional impairments.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve mobility and function.
• Deliver care at one or more assisted living locations with independence and guidance from the Engage team.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs to maintain independence.
• Document care using EMR in compliance with state and facility standards.
• Participate in educational programs, in-service meetings, and workshops for professional growth.

Engage Senior Therapy is seeking a dedicated Per Diem Physical Therapist to join our team, delivering compassionate care at Assisted Living Facilities located in Bedford, NH. As a Physical Therapist, you will:

• Evaluate patients to assess strength, balance, mobility, and functional impairments
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that focus on improving mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing overall function
• Deliver care at one or more assisted living locations, providing meaningful services to a diverse group of seniors
• Provide care with a high level of independence in assisted living communities, while always supported by the broader Engage team for guidance and resources
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and strategies for maintaining functional independence and a better quality of life
• Document patient care services in compliance with state and facility standards using EMR
• Enhance professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, in-service meetings, and workshops

About You

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
