Engage Senior Therapy in Manchester, NH is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide on-site therapy at assisted living facilities in New England. You will evaluate residents, create personalized treatment plans, and deliver compassionate care aimed at improving mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Active or pending state license to practice PT.
• Interest in working with the senior population.
• Superior customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration with patients, families, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to assess strength, balance, mobility, and functional impairments.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve mobility and function.
• Deliver care at assisted living locations with independence.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs.
• Document patient care in EMR in compliance with state and facility standards.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development.
