Qualifications

• Minnesota Physical Therapist license is required.
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program is required.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered communication skills are required.
• Ability to work independently in a home health setting is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Previous home health experience is preferred.

What You'll Do

What You'll Need

Compensation

$115 per routine visit | Up to $150,000/year earning potential
