Earn $100 Per Routine Visit at TRU Healthcare!
Are you a passionate Physical Therapist (PT) looking for flexibility, independence, and meaningful work? At TRU Healthcare, we're more than a healthcare provider—we're a community rooted in servant leadership, empathy, altruism, and integrity.
We're looking for a PT who wants to make a difference while enjoying the freedom of a per diem schedule. With $100 per routine visit, you'll have the opportunity to earn competitive pay while making a meaningful impact on the lives of patients in your community.
At TRU Healthcare, we reach beyond traditional care settings to touch the lives of those in our community. Our mission is to serve the underserved and help ensure access to quality healthcare, especially for those who may be overlooked by the traditional healthcare system.
As a Physical Therapist, you'll work one-on-one with patients in their homes, helping them improve mobility, increase independence, and achieve meaningful goals in their everyday lives.
Recognized as one of Star Tribune's 2023 Top Places to Work, TRU Healthcare is committed to creating a workplace where respect, appreciation, and teamwork are part of every day.
Our per diem opportunities offer the flexibility to choose work that fits your schedule while allowing you to focus on what you do best-providing exceptional patient care.
At TRU Healthcare, we've embraced innovative, AI-powered documentation tools that are changing the game. Our clinicians have the tools to complete documentation more efficiently, meaning less paperwork, less documentation fatigue, and more time where it belongs: with your patients and your life outside of work.
Work smarter, finish faster, and spend more time doing what you became a Physical Therapist to do-help people move and live better.
In this role, you will:
Provide One-on-One Patient Care: Evaluate and treat patients in their homes, developing individualized treatment plans focused on mobility, function, independence, and quality of life.
Enjoy Scheduling Flexibility: Manage your patient visits and accept work that aligns with your availability and the needs of our patients.
Help Patients Reach Their Goals: Use your clinical expertise to help patients improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence.
Collaborate with the Care Team: Work with nurses, occupational therapists, aides, physicians, patients, and families to coordinate comprehensive care.
Educate Patients and Caregivers: Provide instruction on therapeutic exercises, mobility, safety, and strategies that support continued progress at home.
Maintain Clinical Documentation: Complete timely, accurate documentation and communicate patient progress and changes in condition to the appropriate care team members.
Competitive Per-Visit Pay: Earn $100 per routine visit.
Flexible Schedule: Enjoy the freedom of per diem work without a set full-time schedule.
Autonomy: Manage your visits and enjoy the independence of providing care in the home setting.
Meaningful Patient Relationships: Build one-on-one connections with patients and their families.
Community Impact: Help people regain function, maintain independence, and live more fully in their own homes.
Supportive Team Environment: Join a team that genuinely supports one another and is committed to exceptional patient care.
Innovative Technology: Spend less time documenting and more time helping patients achieve their goals.
Licensure: A current Minnesota Physical Therapist license.
Education: Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Patient-Centered Mindset: A genuine passion for helping patients achieve their goals and maintain independence.
Clinical Expertise: Strong assessment, treatment planning, and clinical decision-making skills. Previous home health experience preferred
Independence: The ability to work confidently and effectively in a home health environment.
Teamwork: A willingness to collaborate with patients, families, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team.
Transportation: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between patient visits.
