VitalCheck Wellness is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to evaluate employees of a private business in Johnstown, NY. This is a great opportunity for physical therapists who desire to help improve the physical function, work performance, and daily lives of employees.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct client assessments and design treatment plans based on client needs.
• Assess and recommend patients for follow-up care if needed.
• Maintain client documentation.
• Provide home exercises and follow-up via telehealth.

Requirements:

• Masters Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Active Physical Therapist License in NY.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, and EMR systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Personal laptop or tablet required.
• Reliable commute to Johnstown, NY.
