Job summary

Qualifications

• Professional registration preferred (e.g., PBT(ASCP)).
• 1 year of phlebotomy experience in a high-volume setting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collect products and/or specimens for procedures.
• Perform pre-analytic tasks including centrifugation, decanting, distribution and packaging.
• Adhere to asepsis/antisepsis and quality assurance practices.
• Use QA data to improve services and address quality issues.
• Assist in training new associates or students.
