Atlantic Health System is seeking a Per Diem Phlebotomy Technician to support outpatient testing. You will perform venipuncture, EKGs, collect mid-turbinate swabs, and assist with rooming patients and taking vital signs.

Responsibilities include entering orders in SoftLab and Epic, labeling specimens, maintaining a clean workflow, and complying with safety policies. Prior experience in phlebotomy or patient care is preferred.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy knowledge and patient care skills.
• EKG performance and patient identification per policy.
• Vital signs collection and documentation.
• Clerical and laboratory workflow support.

Responsabilités

• Perform venipuncture in a safe environment and label tubes.
• Perform EKG and release orders in Epic according to protocol.
• Assist with rooming patients and recording vital signs.
• Maintain organized workstation and replenish supplies as needed.
• Adhere to safety and infection prevention policies; participate in department logs.
