Job summary

Genoa Healthcare in Fort Wayne, Indiana, is seeking a Per Diem Pharmacist to support in-clinic pharmacy services and patient care. This role is intermittent, with responsibilities including dispensing medications, patient counseling, and immunization administration where allowed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• Current Indiana pharmacist license required.

Responsibilities

• Distributes drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners.
• Provides information to customers about medications and their use.
• Focuses on providing a superior level of customer service.
• Ensures compliance with all relevant laws of the Indiana State Board of Pharmacy.
• Administration of immunizations as allowed by State Boards of Pharmacy.
• Any other usual and customary pharmacy duties.
• Travel up to 50%.
