First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced PCU Registered Nurses for per diem hospital shifts throughout Hampton Roads, Virginia.

Shifts available include 7a-7p and 7p-7a. You choose the shifts that fit your life, with flexible scheduling and options for daily/weekly pay. Per diem nurses enjoy competitive pay and a locally owned staffing team.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia RN license required.
• 2 years of recent PCU experience within past 4 years.
• AHA BLS, ACLS current.
• QuantiFERON-TB Gold test current.
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption.

Responsabilités

• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and changes in status.
• Administer meds, IV therapies, and treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams.
• Maintain timely electronic medical records.
• Follow infection-control and patient-safety standards.
• Educate patients and families on care and discharge.

• Active
• Virginia RN LicenseMinimum
• 2 years of recent PCU nursing experience within the past 4 yearsCurrent
• AHA BLS Current
