First Choice Nurses is seeking PCU RNs for per diem hospital shifts in Virginia. Choose your schedule with options for day and night shifts, and enjoy the freedom to pick up a shift that fits your life.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent PCU nursing experience (past 4 years).
• Current AHA BLS and AHA ACLS certifications.
• QuantiFERON-TB Gold test and COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption.

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and patient status changes.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams.
• Maintain accurate EMR records.
• Follow infection-control and patient-safety standards.
• Educate patients and families on care and discharge plans.
• Adapt to different hospital units and environments.

• Active
• Virginia RN LicenseMinimum
