Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in Patient Access, Medical Office, Health Insurance or relevant area.

Responsibilities

• Serves as initial point of contact within our health system.
• Obtains and verifies patient information for registration.
• Interprets and communicates patient responsibility.
• Collects co-payments and related paperwork.
• Works with third party payers to facilitate timely payment of claims.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.
