Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as initial point of contact for patient and family, ensuring accurate information and courteous service.
• Obtain and verify patient information for registration and post-care account resolution.
• Engage in insurance-related tasks including verification and collection of co-payments and required paperwork.
• Communicate patient responsibilities and facilitate timely payment and data entry in the financial system.
