Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current OTR/L licensure in the state of practice (PA).
• NBCOT certification and any state-specific credentials required for practice.
• Strong clinical, documentation, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional, standardized, and observational assessments.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy in home and community-based settings.
• Help individuals strengthen daily living, functional, and adaptive skills.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications.
• Educate individuals, families, and caregivers on therapeutic strategies.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in required meetings and trainings.
