The role emphasizes improving daily living skills, independence, and quality of life with flexible scheduling, travel to client homes, and collaboration with care teams. A Bachelor’s or Master’s in OT and OTR/L NBCOT certification are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Occupational Therapy and OTR/L licensure.
• NBCOT certification required.
• Experience with IDD/home health preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional, standardized, and observational assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve ADLs.
• Provide one-on-one therapy in home and community settings.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and caregivers.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation.
