Qualifications

• Current Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant in state of practice.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy to patients in their homes.
• Follow plan of care and supervise OT guidance within state laws.
• Observe, record and report patient responses to treatment.
