PACS is seeking a Staff Occupational Therapist to evaluate residents, design and implement treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and families to support rehabilitation goals. The role includes supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and ensuring safe, compliant care in a post-acute setting.

Candidates should have an OT license in the state and be able to coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, educate residents and families, and maintain documentation

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy; state license.
• Masters or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Proficient with Net Health and Point Click Care.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• CPR certification if required by licensure.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate residents to determine OT needs and rehab potential.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.
• Supervise COTA and aides in resident care per state practice act.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and families; participate in care conferences.
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and ensure infection control.
