Science 37’s Nursing Solutions Group seeks a Per Diem Mobile Research Nurse to deliver nursing care at participants’ homes as part of decentralized trials. The role requires travel to participant homes on a per diem basis, collaborating with site teams and ensuring compliance with GCP and SOPs.

Qualifications include BSN preferred, active RN licensure with compact eligibility, and 2+ years clinical/research experience.

Qualifications

• BSN degree preferred or higher.
• Active RN licensure in home state; compact licensure eligibility.
• Minimum 2+ years clinical/research experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.
• Willingness and ability to travel to participant homes.
• Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written).

Responsabilités

• Provide research nurse services to qualified study participants at home.
• Apply clinical research and nursing practices to develop solutions to complex problems.
• Collaborate with Lead and Per Diem Mobile Research Nurses on education and resource support.
• Contribute to the operational development of Science 37 nursing service delivery.
• Serve as SME on nursing processes and maintain a professional home/clinic representation.
