Job summary

Science 37 is seeking a Per Diem Mobile Research Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing services at participants' homes as part of our Nursing Solutions Group. This RN role supports decentralized trial delivery and collaborates with brick-and-mortar sites as needed.

The candidate must hold an active RN license in the home state with compact licensure eligibility, have 2+ years of clinical/research experience, and be able to travel up to 100% as required, including weekdays and nights.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN with active licensure in home state and eligible for compact licensure.
• Minimum 2+ years clinical/research experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Active driver’s license.
• Willing and able to travel to participant homes (1-2 days per week).

Responsibilities

• Provide research nurse services to study participants at their homes.
• Apply clinical research practices to develop solutions to complex problems.
• Collaborate with Lead and Per Diem Mobile Research Nurses for education and resource support.
• Contribute to operational development of Science 37 nursing service delivery.
• Maintain SME level knowledge of nursing processes for study teams.
• Travel as needed to participant visits and study meetings.
