Job summary

Science 37’s Nursing Solutions Group seeks a Per Diem Mobile Research Nurse who will deliver at-home nursing services to participants in clinical trials. You will collaborate with the nursing team, support study visits, and contribute to the operational development of Science 37’s nursing service delivery.

The role requires RN licensure in the home state with eligibility for compact licensure, BSN preferred, and 2+ years of clinical/research experience.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in home state with Compact Licensure eligibility.
• Minimum 2+ years clinical/research experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Active Driver’s License.
• Travel 1–2 days per week; weekday/night availability required.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based nursing services to qualified study participants.
• Collaborate with Lead and Per Diem Mobile Research Nurses on solutions and education.
• Support study visits and participate in operational development of nursing services.
