Science 37’s Nursing Solutions Group is seeking a Per Diem Mobile Research Nurse to deliver care to participants in home settings as part of decentralized clinical trials. This RN role requires home-state licensure with compact licensure eligibility, strong clinical/research experience, and the ability to travel up to 100% for study visits.

The position emphasizes independence, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and adherence to GCP and SOPs, with compensation ranging $50–$55 per hour

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in home state and eligibility for compact licensure required.
• Minimum 2+ years clinical/research experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide research nurse services to qualified participants at home.
• Apply nursing practices to solve complex problems in trial settings.
• Collaborate with Lead and Per Diem Mobile Research Nurses for education and support.
• Contribute to operational development of Science 37 nursing services.
• Serve as SME on nursing processes within the study team.
• Performs duties as assigned to support study visits and timelines.
