Science 37’s Nursing Solutions Group seeks a Per Diem Mobile Research Nurse to deliver nursing care at participants' homes and support mobile trial visits. Travel is a core aspect, with 1–2 days per week minimum dedicated to study visits and on-site support at sites as needed.

The role requires active RN licensure, compact licensure eligibility, and a willingness to travel. Strong communication and the ability to work independently are essential, along with a valid driver's license and access to

Qualifications

Active RN licensure in home state and eligibility for compact licensure.
Minimum 2+ years clinical/research experience preferred.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
Willingness to travel 1–2 days minimum weekly for study visits.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsabilités

Provide research nursing services to qualified study participants at home.
Apply clinical nursing practices to solve problems in study care.
Collaborate with Lead and Per Diem Mobile Research Nurses on education and support.
Contribute to the operational development of Science 37 nursing services.
Serve as SME on nursing processes and ensure compliant patient care.
