Job summary
Science 37’s Nursing Solutions Group brings together expert nurses who support mobile clinical nurse services to participants in clinical trials. The Per Diem Mobile Research Nurse will work per diem, travel to participants' homes, and collaborate with site teams to deliver care in a decentralized model.
Qualified candidates are RN with current licensure in home state and CPR/BLS, BSN preferred, and willing to travel up to 100%.
Qualifications
- RN licensure in home state (active)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Willingness to travel to participants' homes
- Ability to work per diem with minimal supervision
- Strong communication in English (verbal and written)
Responsibilities
- Provide mobile nursing services to qualified study participants at home
- Collaborate with the Nursing Solutions Group and site teams for care delivery
- Support protocol-driven nursing care and data collection during visits
- Be SME on nursing processes and contribute to program development
- Maintain professional representation in participant homes and clinics
