Job summary

Science 37’s Nursing Solutions Group seeks a per diem Mobile Research Nurse to deliver home-based nursing care for clinical trial participants. The role supports the decentralized care model and requires travel to participant homes, with on-site collaboration at study sites as needed.

The RN must hold active licensure in the home state, be eligible for compact licensure, and have 2+ years of clinical/research experience along with BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in home state and eligibility for Compact Licensure.
• Minimum 2+ years clinical/research experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide research nurse services at participants' homes.
• Apply nursing practices to address complex study needs.
• Collaborate with Lead and Per Diem Mobile Research Nurses on education and resources.
• Support operational development of Science 37 nursing services.
• Serve as SME on nursing processes and maintain professional participant care.
