Job summary

Science 37’s Nursing Solutions Group seeks a Per Diem Mobile Research Nurse to deliver in-home clinical nursing care for study participants across trials. This travel role requires independence, strong clinical/research background, and ability to collaborate with the Nursing Solutions Team and study sites.

The RN must maintain licensure in home state (compact eligibility), be BSN preferred, hold BLS, and be willing to travel up to 100% as needed, with 1-2 days per week dedicated to study visits.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred and RN licensure in home state with compact licensure eligibility.
• Minimum 2+ years clinical/research experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Willingness to travel to participant homes; valid driver’s license.
• Ability to perform nursing tasks and lift equipment up to 15 kg; access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Participate in home visits delivering nursing services for qualified study participants.
• Apply clinical research and nursing practices to develop solutions to problems.
• Collaborate with Lead and Per Diem Mobile Research Nurses on education and resource support.
• Support operational development of Science 37 nursing service delivery.
• Serve as SME on nursing processes and participate in study team activities.
