Kelsey-Seybold Clinic NW Campus in Houston seeks a Per Diem ASR II to support patient check-in/out, registration, cashiering and appointment coordination. You will ensure accurate patient data in Epic and communicate wait times to patients, while delivering friendly, professional service.

The role requires high school diploma and 1+ year customer service in healthcare, with strong communication and computer skills; Epic Front Desk training preferred. Hourly pay ranges from $18.00 to $32.00.

Formación

• 1+ years of direct face to face customer service experience.
• 1+ years of cash handling or collections experience.
• 6+ months in a customer facing role within a medical office or healthcare setting, or 1+ years KSC ASR I or HIM Tech experience with 6 months ASR II cross-training.
• Experience with Windows-based software and basic computer tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional presentation.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients with check-in/check-out on POS system and collect fees and co-pays.
• Register new patients and verify insurance and demographics in Epic.
• Explain wait times and help with forms, updates in Epic, and referrals to the right department.
• Perform cash control procedures and balance cash at shift end.
• Support site manager with daily duties and other tasks as needed.
