Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive physical therapy examinations and evaluations.
• Designs and implements individualized plans of care for pediatric through geriatric patients.
• Delivers treatment interventions and reassessment; documents progress and discharge planning.
• Educates patients and families using clear, evidence-based methods.
• Collaborates with the Outpatient Therapy team to ensure quality care.
