Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC partners with a 100% nonprofit hospital system in the Charleston, SC area to hire a full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist specializing in Lymphedema therapy. This permanent, hospital-based role is ideal for a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) or an experienced PT with a strong lymphedema background.

You will provide 1:1 patient care with 45-minute blocks, handle a specialty caseload, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exemplary care in a flexible

Qualifications

• Prior outpatient PT experience required.
• DPT or MPT from an accredited program; CLT certification preferred or strong clinical lymphedema experience.
• Comfortable with MLD, compression therapy, and patient education.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care with 45-minute treatment blocks.
• Manage a specialty caseload including lymphedema, oncology rehab, post-surgical cases, and venous insufficiency in a hospital-based outpatient setting.
