Job summary

MemorialCare's Saddleback Medical Center is seeking a Certified Lymphedema Physical Therapist (PT II) for inpatient therapy. This per diem role requires day shifts (8 hours) and a pay rate of $60.00/hr.

You will provide comprehensive PT services across pediatric to geriatric patients, including evaluation, care planning, treatment, discharge planning and education. Qualifications include CA PT licensure, BLS, and at least one year of clinical PT experience.

Qualifications

• One year clinical physical therapy experience required, hospital-based preferred.
• Current California Physical Therapist Licensure.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs a physical therapy patient examination.
• Evaluates findings to determine diagnosis and outcomes of care.
• Designs a physical therapy plan of care.
• Performs physical therapy interventions competently.
• Produces documentation to support the delivery of services.
• Addresses the age-specific needs of all populations served.
