MemorialCare is seeking a Certified Lymphedema Physical Therapist (CLT) for Saddleback Medical Center. This Per Diem role in Outpatient Therapy requires PT licensure in California, BCLS, and LANA or equivalent certification.

The position provides all aspects of PT services from screening to discharge planning, with a range of duties across pediatric to geriatric patients. The role emphasizes integrity, accountability, and best practices as part of MemorialCare's commitment to high-quality care.

Qualifications

• One year clinical lymphedema physical therapy experience with CLT/LANA or equivalent.
• Active California Physical Therapist license required.
• BCLS certification and LANA or equivalent certification required.

Responsabilités

• Performs physical therapy examination and determines outcomes.
• Designs and implements a PT plan of care.
• Educates patients and staff using effective methods.
• Documents services to support therapy delivery and discharge planning.
• Coordinates with support personnel and addresses age-specific needs.
