Qualifications

• Active MA Physical Therapy license.
• Successful completion of certified lymphedema training (Klose, Norton, etc).
• Minimum two years as licensed physical therapist.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement rehab programs to improve function and reduce pain.
• Lead discharge planning and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Provide patient and family education during therapy and discharge.
• Support quality improvement and staff training.
