Zusammenfassung

U.S. Renal Care is seeking an LVN/LPN to support dialysis patient care in a clinical setting. You will obtain blood samples, document patient records, and work under the supervision of a Charge Nurse to ensure quality care and compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate holds an LVN/LPN license, CPR within 90 days, and has strong English communication skills. Prior dialysis experience is preferred, and completion of the USRC training program within 8 weeks is expected.

Qualifikationen

• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Prior dialysis experience preferred.
• Completion of USRC training program approved by the Medical Director within 8 weeks of hire.
• Proficiency with computer systems used in clinical settings.
• Must meet state practice requirements.

Aufgaben

• Demonstrate efficient use of supplies and staff labor hours.
• May assist with billing log preparation and updates.
• Perform duties to meet patient care or clinic operational needs.
• Obtain blood samples for laboratory analysis as required by physician orders.
• Complete and document monthly review of patient medication profiles.
• Maintain documentation in patient records of treatments and communications.
• Report changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse.
• Report machine problems to Biomedical Technician and Administrator.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuing education per policy.
• Assist with staff training as requested.
